The massage was great, therapist good. Spa area clean. Food good.
Pool area, jacuzzi, steam room, water machine (near pool), all needs attention from the staff cleaning the areas and maintaining the machines

The pool area was unbearably hot and bright (did mention the heat to a staff member). Regulars arrived wearing sunglasses! Definitely not a relaxing experience as we could only cope with it for a short time. Had a fabulous massage from Olivia.
Lunch was lovely, great food, great service but it was a pain/unusual to have to get dressed in the middle of a spa day to go for lunch.

The treatment at the spa was really good and Olivia made me feel comfortable which is most important.
One thing I will say is there was no towels when we came and they said they would get us some and they didn't. Secondly, there was a baby having a swimming lesson and the spa was pretty busy not very relaxing to be honest and not enough beds to actually relax.
