I went for my appointment early in the morning so I can't really give a review on ambience but Anita was amazing...I thought I booked for shellac when really I just booked for a normal polish manicure but she was able to offer the shellac instead of the manicure and made the whole experience worth-while! I'm also quite reserved and quiet but I found it very easy to chat to her! So a great service all in all.

The shellac didn't last one week - I booked a full manicure, they didn't buff nails or trim cuticles - just polish over my nails and filed.
