Such a calming and pleasant experience. The staff listened to exactly what I wanted as well as providing useful advice on what would look best for my eyebrow and lash tint. I felt very relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Will definitely keep using this company!

After the lady made me wait for 45 min for my appointment to start, telling me every 10 min it will only take 10 min more even though I told her I am in a hurry, she took a very long time for each of the treatments. It got to 10 pm and she said we would only have time for a file and polish not a full manicure for which I had paid. It still took 1 h only for the manicure so my treatment, instead of finishing at 9:30 as indicated in the booking, finished at 11pm. Also, the quality of the manicure was disappointing.
