I developed a stomach bug and needed to change my appointment. I know it was within the 24 hr cancellation period but I also wasn't allowed to reschedule for a later date! She has taken my money but I can't reschedule even with lots of free timeslots

I have worked in Beauty salons, Spas and Skin clinic’s accross Bristol.
