Hi, I'm Kerryanne and I completed my NVQ level 3 in hairdressing in 2017. During my training I became increasingly aware of how much a hair cut can impact the way you feel. This led me to make sure that customer satisfaction was my main priority. I feel very lucky to be able to work in such a rewarding job. The relationships with existing clients whist having the opportunity to meet new ones, keep me motivated to stay up to date with the latest techniques and trends whilst trying to create a memorable experience for every individual who sits in my chair. Welcome, Thank you for visiting our page. I am extremely proud of my salon and my fantastic team and we are continuing to grow all the time. Salon Symphony was founded in April 2009 by myself Laura Adams (Salon Director). I began working at the salon as the ‘Saturday Girl’ under previous ownership in 2002 (aged just 13!) I quickly realised that Hair & Beauty was my passion. When I left school in 2004, I went on to the City of Bristol College to complete my NVQ Level 2. I completed my NVQ Level 3 at Reflections Training Academy in June 2012. I also am qualified in Manicure (2011), Warm Waxing (2011), Tanning (2013). I have also attended training courses at the prestigious Wella Studios in London. I have learnt over the years that you never stop learning in this industry. There are always changes and new trends/treatments emerging. This is why I like to keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques by attending regular training seminars. I love all aspects of my job but I would most probably say I enjoy colouring the most! There are so many different looks you can achieve and this really gives me chance to be as creative as possible. The best thing about my job is meeting new clients, keeping regular clients (it becomes like seeing one of your best friends over time) and that look on your clients face when they love what you have done. There is nothing more rewarding than making someone look and feel fabulous! Salon Symphony strives to provide you with a warm, friendly and professional salon environment. My name is Kaitlin and I have worked at Salon Symphony since 2017 where I began my career as the Saturday Girl. I have completed both my level 2 and 3 in Ladies Hairdressing at Bath College and passed both with distinctions in 2020 and 2021 respectively. I have also completed my level 2 Beauty at Bath College in 2022. I am run a busy column of clients in the salon. I enjoy meeting new clients, love colour work and specialise in a variety of hair extension applications.
