The spa is lovely. Very clean and relaxing. Staff was incredibly friendly. A few issues keep me from giving 5 stars. I'd specifically booked a hot stone massage due to really tense back/neck muscles. When I arrived, I was told that they could not do hot stone, but would use hot towels and heated oil. I agreed, but frustrated they did not call me in advance. Hot towels were not used before the massage to relax muscles, only after. The massage was ok - gave some relief, but I've had much better.
