The staff was a delight to talk to but unfortunately the skill was severely lacking. It was so messy and I have SO MUCH leftover wax all over my legs. I’ve been waxing for over 20 years and have never experienced this, unfortunately I won’t be back

I expected a relaxing massage, but the experience fell far below standard. The treatment room was bright and cold. My feet were freezing, and there were no extra towels to help covering them which made the session feel poorly prepared. The massage didn’t follow the preferences I wrote, with most of the time spent on my legs and arms instead of my back, neck and shoulders. The face/ head massage was also disappointing, limited to a light touch on my temples and forehead and feeling incomplete.
