Disappointing for £120. The therapist was lovely and very kind, but the acne facial was not worth £120. It was advertised as a 1-hour treatment using "advanced technologies and active ingredients", but it lasted only 45 minutes, with the final 8 minutes being a shoulder massage. The facial consisted of two cleanses, exfoliation, steam, manual extractions with a simple tool, toner and moisturiser. The mask couldn't be used as my skin was sensitive, but there were no advanced technology.
