Would not recommend I’m afraid - other people’s hair all over the floor, stair, table, brushes etc and the therapist had to keep stopping to check the next step in the head spa. Was really not very good

This really wasn’t very good. I expected a lot more. Only used a shampoo and conditioner, no extra steps. Kept lifting my head and letting it drop. I paid extra for a blow dry but was expected to do it myself. I wouldn’t go back, expected a lot more for my money. It was a birthday present for my mum and was a disappointment

Unfortunately I realized after the appointment that part of my eyebrow was over plucked leaving a visible “hole”. I didn’t immediately notice it so didnt raise it with the therapist at the time.
