when i came in they didn’t have my booking because “the treatwell wasn’t working recently” it was extremely unhygienic, the nail technician completely butchered the design (wanky lines, each nail looking different) they were rude the product is extremely cheap, three of the nails chipped off after a couple of hours when i came in the next day to have them fixed both technicians were blaming me asking “what have i done so that they look this way” after fix up they flaked off the next day anyway

So I went today for a mani pedi, the treatment itself was ok. I had to get all my nails done again because the sides had been missed and the owner of the salon completely rushed my nails as though she wanted me out, as well as her partner shouting at her the whole time I was there it was extremely uncomfortable.

Team were un-welcoming, I could feel masseur's long nails, the towel they gave me looked dirty as they were hanging on the door, the massage chair was moved around & she was listening to her "practicing English" podcast. The "relaxing" music was from YouTube or free Spotify so heard the ad at the beginning. Please buy CDs, they are cheap.
The actual massage wasn't too bad but I won't be coming again. I was looking for a professional relaxing massage. I left more stressed
