Wasn't a particularly friendly welcome or greeting when I entered as I was looking forward to the back massage.
The treatment itself was decent although having had massages before, I haven't had the bed moved with me on it during my treatment before so when she did during my treatment it threw off the relaxing vibe.
Also tried to charge me £5 more despite Treatwell shown £25 for treatment.

Waited over an hour for my appointment because they double booked me, when there were staff free just standing around.
Filed my cuticle down to far which led to an infection in my thumb which was swollen and bleeding for a week.
Nails were filed into different shapes.
The pink gel polish started cracking, had black lines running down it and a chunk of it even fell off.
My nails also broke which is the reason why I got the gels so that they don’t break.
Now the gel polish is turning black.
