I had a microdermabrasion and could see a difference. The next day my friend commented on my skin saying it looks very nice (without knowing I had a facial) that says it all.

I booked a shellac manicure and on Treatwell it says the treatment is 20 minutes. When I arrived they weren’t expecting me and said the treatment would be more 40-45 minutes. I was unable to stay for longer than 30 minutes and so had to cancel my appointment but they haven’t refunded me for the treatment. This is a false information on Treatwell.

Totally disgusted at the way the boss treats people. Because there was a small problem with the booking he basically stuck his phone in my face to tell me my appointment was at a particular time and I showed him the email saying otherwise. To do that to me as a customer he needs to be held accountable for it. He then commenced to shout at one of the girls. They don’t deserve this. They’re talented beauticians who deserve to work in a nice atmosphere. He needs to show some respect to others.
