Totally disgusted at the way the boss treats people. Because there was a small problem with the booking he basically stuck his phone in my face to tell me my appointment was at a particular time and I showed him the email saying otherwise. To do that to me as a customer he needs to be held accountable for it. He then commenced to shout at one of the girls. They don’t deserve this. They’re talented beauticians who deserve to work in a nice atmosphere. He needs to show some respect to others.
