Professional nail team, but the lady who waxed my eyebrows was very rough and stuck her fingers in my eye on multiple occasions. A simple brow wax became very painful and concerning as she put so much pressure on my eye to pull of a piece of waxing paper. A no-no for any waxer with a miniscule of training. She was also sullen and unprofessional, glaring at me as I paid at the till. I will not be returning despite the friendly nail team.

This is my usual place for waxing and they are always professional and clean. Very smooth sailing, never have to wait and service is quick as well. A great place to be honest.

Good, but the service was not great - some bits were taken off and I only noticed this when I got back home.

I had a booking. But I had to wait for 20 minutes to be attended to as the therapists were working on walk-in customers. While walk-in customers are necessary, I don't think it's fair to keep customers with a booking waiting for so long. Once the sessions began, I was actually happy. They did a good job on my nails, the facial threading and waxing, and the back exfoliate. I do think that the cleanliness could be further improved.

This is the third time I have booked an appointment here and had problems. I booked with Lucy, but each time she was either not informed or not even in the salon. This is very frustrating and unprofessional.
Last time, another staff member did the treatment and the work was good, but the overall experience was disappointing. Staff speaking in Chinese over clients during treatments is uncomfortable and makes the atmosphere unprofessional.
The salon really needs to improve its booking system.
