I have taken massage as well as Shellac. 3 of my nails were injured and one had really bad injury that ended up with infection and now on medicine.
Informed the saloon on instagram and their response was "what do you want", and a spiraling conversation of "she is not good with shellac but good with pedicure",then why would you even let her touch my nails in the first place?
Also, the gel polish was so poorly coated that it didn't even last for 48 hours. Absolutely horrible and no remorse.
