Most painful infill I've ever had. The person was very rough, managed to cut two of my cuticles then told me it was my fault as my hand was not relaxed. Did not take any extra care around the area that was bleeding. I have been getting infills for years and never had that issue. When filing the nails he was literally filing my fingers as well (again was very rough). Could not wait for it to be over! Such a shame as the shop is local and was hoping I had found a new place to go.

Rushed all the way, didn’t listen to what I wanted, messy and no way to communicate as he didn’t speak English, no one else was in there to help. £35 wasted.don’t go there

The venue was nice , titi was very caring the only downfall is that never got to try their cocktails as my appointment was the last before closing, if you wanted to try then best to book early

Came for my husband’s birthday to get pedicures. I called before our booked appointment to ask if we could get our nails done at the same time. This didn’t happen. We went for the atmosphere and cocktails. Told we can only have coke or water. No music too.
Then the pedicure. The therapist didn’t know what he was doing. He cut me and I bled quite a bit. Still bleeding 3 days later. My husband was also cut and bled. Utensils were not cleaned after which is worrying. I didn’t complete mine.
This was my third visit to this salon and the experience was terrible. I have booked my appointment with Bon but when I arrived it was very clear that he was not there. My nails were done by Titi. He ripped 2 of my cuticles and the layers of the polish are uneven. I have asked for my nails to be slightly shorten but he completely misunderstood my request an filed them into an almond shape !I have tried contacting the salon following my appointment but no one answered my calls.
