He did 3 customers at the same time, the pedicure took 2 hours. He used all tools at each of us without cleaning inbetween. I was bleeding a lot. My cuticles were bleeding and my soles were bleeding. At some places there was still hard skin and at some places the skin was so thin that he literally scratched it off with his tools. After two days 2 the shellack fell off on two of my toes. Unfortunately I wasn’t in town anymore.

The technition I had kept his headphones in the entire time I was in the salon and barely said hello. He didn't ask how I wanted my shape or offer me a drink. When he got the shape wrong and didn't ask if I was happy with it he did correct it but there was very little joy in. On top of this I was then told Sipps is cash only, I wanted to pay credit ard which meant a 5 minute wait for him to ring 'D' on the phone to check if I could do a Treatwell. I am a regular. This salon has gone down hill.

Was only one guy working. Arrived 30 mins late to open the store. Smudge my pedicure three times. Wasn't done correct but after being there for 2.5 hours. I needed to leave

The nails were great on the first day but the following day the acrylic was lifting.. I didn’t look at my nails properly and have come to find I need to get them removed 5days later
