I made an appointment with Bon because I’ve had him before and he is exceptional. When I arrived I was greeted by some lady who chose to do my nails. I was not told why Bon was unavailable. The lady was petite, and I think her ethnic background was Korean. She spent all her time chatting away to another colleague instead of focusing on doing my nails properly. I had cuts on 4 of my fingers, because when she removed excess skin she ripped it from my above my nail part. They had to give me plaster
This place is not worth visiting. My visit was terrible, no one in charge, the worker left to handle things did not speak english, tried to explain what i pre-bought for 5 minutes, he still did it wrong. The paint is fading after two days, the decor is cute but no one worked the bar. I paid for a normal pedicure and a luxury pedicure, the £30 difference is an absolute joke and a rip off, all they do is let you soak your feet in a £5 powder from amazon for 10 minutes! I wasted £90 on a bad salon
