We are usually very happy with Kelly but on this occasion, she didn't listen to my teenage daughter who due to teenage spots that breakout if she's not careful with her skin, asked for threading on the sides of her face (she wanted to remove peach fuzz which she is conscious of). Kelly insisted on waxing it off which just doesn't work with her and as a result, she has been upset all weekend because her face broke out in a very angry red rash which ruined her birthday weekend for her
