Kelly was very considerate about what I wanted and reassured me that my eyebrows were fine. She was very efficient and took about 5 minutes! Very fast. The venue was very clean and I felt happy with the end product!

It wasn’t a great facial. The lady left the room when she applied the mask and I lay there for 15 minutes. When she came to remove it towards the end there was so many flakes/residue left from the mask, it was cleaned off properly. For £30 it was such a poor experience!
