Got the job done but wouldn’t recommend or return.
Acrylic was filed off with an e-file despite the treatment description on the site stating they would be soaked off. Part way through the treatment, when asked if they could be soaked off, I was met with a firm 'no'.
This removal process has left my usually healthy, strong nails paper thin and damaged - the nail was filed so thin at the nail bed on one nail that it has split.
