Dissapointed with the Hollywood wax. I've had it several times here and waxing is always very rushed. On this occasion I explicitly asked the technician to make sure that all hair was removed as in the past patches have been left. Despite asking, when I got home there was random areas of hair left unwaxed - obviously I felt too awkward to check my private area at the time so I only checked once home. I would now avoid this place for waxing.
