The clinic was closed, and nobody informed me about this. I called the clinic, and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. She insisted that my appointment was at 10:30, even though it was clearly scheduled for 10:00 in the app. She also seemed to blame me for the situation. In the end, the clinic was never open that day.
