Could not enter the salon so did not have treatment. I was 10 mins late as the store was badly signposted and nowhere to park a lime bike. I explained this on the phone as there were no reception staff and people on the phone were extremely rude - especially the manager rachael.
I was the next customer but would not let me inside to wait (yet gave door code to a delivery driver) they emailed a new appt time with 1 hr wait so i cancelled without refund because i booked via treatwell
