Therapist didn't make me feel welcomed (Left the room when I entered the salon without a smile or a hello) Didn't asked if I had been exposed to sun beforehand, didn't marked the area with a pencil, didn't offer ice to soothe the skin (when I asked for it, she said that she was already finished and that it looked like I wasn't in pain), the treatment for Brazilian bikini lasted literally 2 minutes and wasn't thorough. I never experienced the vacuum setting being so high and was uncomfortable.
