Staff member/ owner of salon was on phone for majority of my treatment, seemed highly unprofessional. Limited nail colours and lacking in ambience for a tranquil experience in a prime location - slightly more attention to detail and the overall customer experience needed.

When I arrived I had to wait 5-7 minutes before my manicurist arrived. She was lovely and apologised for the wait. In terms of setting, I got a pedicure in the end, they don't have specific chairs for that, but I didn't mind. Given the price I thought it was good value and I had some interesting chats with the lady.

Hollywood wax has left me raw (don't want to be explicit but skin as well as hair was removed). The full leg wax was less painful but large patches of hair remain - which I had to remove once I got home. The lady who served me was super lovely, shame the treatment was not good.
