Salon was closed when I arrived. Apparently, confusion between the salon and Treatwell. Individual ratings are for the one I had previously at this location.
Staff member/ owner of salon was on phone for majority of my treatment, seemed highly unprofessional. Limited nail colours and lacking in ambience for a tranquil experience in a prime location - slightly more attention to detail and the overall customer experience needed.
When I arrived I had to wait 5-7 minutes before my manicurist arrived. She was lovely and apologised for the wait. In terms of setting, I got a pedicure in the end, they don't have specific chairs for that, but I didn't mind. Given the price I thought it was good value and I had some interesting chats with the lady.
