I have to write a bad review today for two reasons. Firstly I booked in for Shellac soak off and Shellac on nails, instead I had another brand of gel polish put onto my nails and as a result its only been three days and they started to chip on the second day and my nail has split today.
I absolutely loved meeting Joanna and she did a brilliant job with the materials she had, I just don't feel happy that I've paid for a Shellac treatmeant and I've been given a different brand. I have pictures to prove that I did book Shellac and not simply 'Gel'.

Serenity cancelled our booking with less than an hour's notice. Bad service.

I was called less than half an hour before treatments for myself and a friend and told that our appointments were cancelled as the woman who was give us our pedicures "was at college" and they were "unable to contact her". I was extremely annoyed and told them that any comment I had to make would be reflected in any review I would be asked to make. I am grateful they called as I was leaving the house to go to the appointment but half an hours notice and no capacity to resolve the situation to my satisfaction was pretty poor. I give one star as there isn't an option to give no stars.

Wax was quick and results have been great, however was rather painful compared to others. No hard skin removal in pedicure & lack of ambience.
