About
Hi, I’m Sheila, and after years in the corporate world, raising a family and caring for others, I decided to change the direction of my life completely and train as a ASMR therapist. After discovering ASMR videos a number of years ago and using some of the techniques, these helped me to calm my overactive mind, relax, get back to sleep after that 3am wake-up and improve my sleep after a stressful day . Not only did they help me unwind, but it also triggered soothing sensations like goosebumps and tingles. That said, I always imagined how amazing an in person treatment would feel to be able to experience this and it didn't disappoint. I felt the same sensations, through hair brushing, skin tracing and light touch, as I had experienced through sound and vision. I am passionate about bringing this experience to life and the positive impact on women’s health and wellbeing, providing a quiet place to relax and unwind.
