We love teaching at Soma Home. Aesthetically stunning and welcoming spaces that make them a joy to be in. All that we need is provided - from mats, to beautiful lighting to a good sound system. We are so happy to have found this place in London...thank you.

Attended Tantra Yoga and meditation, hosted by instructor Talia. Immediately upon entrance, your mood changes; Tranquil, calm, peaceful, and the array of gorgeous plants just perfect finishing touches. Yoga, with Talia, was calming to a room temperature set to just right.
Had my first session today at somawellness
Went in for a deep tissue massage and it was amazing! The place and set up is beautiful and most importantly I felt so comfortable she talked me through everything and explained everything i explained the areas I wanted more work and tension on and she DELIVERED! can not wait to go back I have never felt so relaxed😌
