The pedicure itself was OK, although nothing outstanding. However, my beautician, Latoya, was really unfriendly, and sadly made it quite an unpleasant experience. She didn’t even say hello, gave me very little eye contact and no smile. She really showed in her face and body language she didn’t want to be there and said about two sentences to me the whole hour and a quarter. When she wanted me to change my feet position she would tap my foot! She then left me for my feet to dry and I had to ask another member of staff if I could leave, as she never came back. I’ve never had a pedicure like it, and it was far from relaxing because of her poor attitude. Sadly I won’t be going back, which is a shame as all the rest of the staff seemed lovely and were chatting to their clients, but definitely wasn’t worth £40

This place is super handy and efficient, a good visit for a lunch time treatment. Next time I might try the pedicure.
