It was my first time there and I must say the atmosphere is great. The whole place is amazingly decorated and the staff very friendly. But the manicure was nothing I expected. I had booked an appointment for a complete manicure but the therapist insisted that I just needed a shape and paint manicure, so she didn't touch my cuticles at all. She just soaked my hands and then painted the nails. And even when I asked if she could clean my nails she said they didn't need anything. I also felt that I needed my nails shorter but after I've told her twice, I felt quite uncomfortable asking again. I could also say that some of them are unevenly shaped but what really bothered me the most is that I paid for something I didn't get and left with my nails feeling stuffed and not clean. The reason I am rating the service with 3 stars is because I really think that the staff was super nice and friendly but lacking in experience.
It was one of the best waxes I've ever had (particularly with value in mind) hot wax barely hurt and she was a lovely lady- thank you. Will def be back when in the area.

Selfish is that place you dream exists but the POOF, here it is... on Treatwell! Sophisticated but reasonably priced with possibly the most friendly and hardworking staff I've ever come across! You practically become a part of the family as they work meticulously at your treatment making your shellac hands and feet not just feel like a million dollars but also having you walk out with girly giggly face!
