The technician was in a rush, she kept looking at the time and complained when my gel polish took longer to remove. It was very uncomfortable for me as it just seemed she wanted to get me out as soon as physically possible. I do love the nail art that she did, so do not fault her for her execution. Also it's coming to three weeks and the polish is still on without chipping and thats after a week of DIY wall building and soaking hands in water. I would have rated the service higher if it weren't for the desperation to see me leave.

Great experience! Very professional and amazing attention to detail. Convenient location in the heart of Shoredich and the salon has a nice, calm ambiance. Always feel offering customers a drink adds that little 'extra' to the experience. Very happy with my nails and would book again.
