My nail technician was great but some misscomunication happened and she just gave me a shape & paint instead of the full manicure I’ve payed for. She was very apologetic and very nice saying for me to contact TW about it.
But after I’ve left I was surprised by this email I’ve received from the salon with an “updated booking” saying my booking started at 15 min later than my original booking - I’ve arrived 3 min late because of the rain and was sat at the technician chair by 3:05 - I know that because I always check in in my app when I arrive places.
Anyways I thought this very odd specially because the technician said she didn’t have anyone booked after me (salon was indeed empty with just another employee having their nails done) and even the lady in the reception said she could give me massage and scrub - but she was already half way through.
I contacted TW who graciously gave me a generous credit for my next booking but I haven’t received one note or not even an apologies from the salon - just the nail lady who was super friendly. Long history short: I went for my holidays only with a shape and paint and not the full manicure I paied for and the salon not only didn’t apologised but sent that odd updated booking seeming like covering their tracks if I decided to complain. I thought it was a very inappropriate business decision since I haven’t arrived 15 min late and could fortunately prove that easily to Treatwell
This review is a reflection on the salon and not my nail lady who did a good job on my nails.
