I went to get the full gel manicure ahead of my vacation. Unfortunately, the manicure was not good. On the next day the gel started to crack and the manicure basically was ruined (so was the beginning of my vacation). My first email to the venue was ignored. After a week I decided to write again and chase. Although I had to redo the whole manicure abroad upon arrival, surprisingly I haven’t been offered a fix manicure or a full refund but only 50% refund. I am usually happy with selfish service but this time they didn’t meet the expectations.
