Staff were friendly, although I didn’t get offered a drink at any point and was in there for over an hour and a half.
The lash treatment results are good, however the process was very long and quite uncomfortable. I was left alone in the room for long periods of time without any indication of when the technician would return. It would be nice if in future you were told how long each stage would take as you’re effectively blind (eyes closed and towel over your eyes for an hour and a half) which is quite disorientating. The treatment is also quite invasive and uncomfortable, the chemicals are strong and has left me with a slight burn on the right hand side of one of my eyes where the chemicals must have run onto my skin slightly.

Good experience lovely salon. One section of my hair I don’t think took to the treatment well an was straightened with a kink in it which has lasted a long time. Therapist was great and good products.
