Nice cut, Katy did a good job, although was definitely shorter than the picture I showed her. Good value for money in London. No conversation but I do prefer it that way. Only downsides were that a lady came in and complained about how her wax had damaged her skin? So pleased I wasn’t in there for a wax! Also Katy was 25 minutes late for my appt. but gave no explanation or apology? Very odd.
