I booked Hair wash + Haircut & Express dry. Gladys washed my hair and also massaged for a short while. She checked the pictures I showed her for the haircut I wanted and also blow dried my hair instead of express dry.
I was pleased with the service and will go back next time for my haircut.

The venue was as shown in the photos. I was just looking for a trim, not a style change. When pushing back for just a trim after he showed me photos of what he'd like to do on his phone, he mentioned that it was insulting to ask a professional of 35 years not to offer their styling services which made the rest of the appointment wildly uncomfortable. There was also no leave-in treatment as was described in the purchase.
