Cut and blow dry- made a terrible mess of my fringe and didn't listen to a word I said about growing some of it out! Awful headache after being constantly tapped on head whilst blow dry! Used unbranded straighteners as couldn't straighten my hair with GHD's! I had to ask for a full refund! Such a shame as she had cut my hair fine in December!

Rosa was friendly, I booked an appointment for a wash and cut with a blow dry and leave in treatment for £35. She washed my hair gently and cut it. After she asked if I wanted it styled straight or curly (which I assumed it mean the included blow dry) I answered curlier. She dry it quick and use a straightener to create curls. Then they asked me to take a video of my hair, and asked me to pay £50 because they style it which it was extra, very cheeky. they did not apply the leave in treatment

A really good haircut and great value for money. Rosa was quietly friendly, the receptionist was also attentive; very satisfied with the whole experience and happy with the result. I will definitely be back!
