I have always had absolutely fantastic haircuts at Sebastian’s until today. The hairdresser hacked away at my hair and left it in very poor shape, with parts of the fringe longer than others. I tried to let her know but she didn’t seem to understand, and alterations just made it worse.

Cut and blow dry- made a terrible mess of my fringe and didn't listen to a word I said about growing some of it out! Awful headache after being constantly tapped on head whilst blow dry! Used unbranded straighteners as couldn't straighten my hair with GHD's! I had to ask for a full refund! Such a shame as she had cut my hair fine in December!
