The salon was dirty and the hairdresser didn't understand what haircut I wanted and completely ruined my hair. She basically came at my hair with scissors, leaving it uneven and resembling a mullet. When I made my issue known I was told by 3 members of staff that this was a lovely haircut and is the way it was supposed to be. Had to pay her for butchering my hair and also another hairdresser for fixing her mess. Would not recommend to my enemy.

Unfortunately when I turned up they had double booked my appointment. No-one mentioned this until after 20 mins when I asked. They said i could return at 5pm which I did but was a slight inconvenience. The eyelashes were good and done quickly.

I initially went in to get my polish removed, was asked if I wanted reapplication of varnish.....was a total bargain and really relaxing.
The lady who did my nails was lovely, she was an absolute perfectionist and my nails look fantastic.
I'll be back
