This was my second visit and I had a similar experience both times. Despite making a booking and being on time, there was no one on reception and the only therapist who was there barely spoke to me and didn’t even listen to what I was there for, just told me to sit down. After waiting over 15 minutes I was eventually seen and the appointment was quick. Main problem was lack of communication and respect for customers.
