Very busy wee salon- even though I booked my appointment, I still had to wait... for the walk-in's before me. Not a great system if you ask me.

The visit ti the salon was really good i only had time for a facial so i will rebook my pedicure. The facial was really relaxing and enjoyable. Will definately visit again.

Where to start. To begin with the beautician dropped my individual eyelashes on the floor, then just picked them up to use again. Around 5 mins into my 1hr30min scheduled appointment she took a phone call on her mobile and just spoke on the phone whilst doing my eyelashes with one hand. I thought 'if they turn out well then good on her 😂' they didn't. During her phone call she reassured the person on the other end she would be there by 6pm.....even though I was booked in from 5pm for 1.5hrs 🤔 By 5.25 the eyelashes were done, when I went to pay I was told they did not accept card and had to run to take money out of the ATM, I thought 'how very trusting to just let me run out without leaving anything, maybe it's not so bad' when I returned I was charged £30, though when I booked I was told the cost was £25, when I questioned this I was ignored by the obviously agitated beautician already wearing her handbag ready to run out the door to make her 6pm appointment elsewhere. I didn't push as it was still a good price. The lashes seemed ok to start, though now a few weeks later I am left with large lumps of hard glue all over my eyelashes, some lashes were glued to many seperate lashes of mine that were no where near each other and it became quite painful as they grew. I believe this salon are good for many services just Maybe not eyelashes

Was not very welcoming and was taken downstairs for my facial. No atmosphere in salon and staff all hung about looking surly. beautician did not speak good english so gave up trying to converse. however, facial was good and excellent value. was taken upstairs for eyebrow and lash tint. beautician who dud facial threaded my eyebrows and applied tint. she was then called away to do someones nails and someone else tinted my eyelashes. yet another person remived both tints on brows and lashes. staff surly and did not say goodbye or come again or anything. wont be back
