Did a root touch up with Zara, she was very friendly and warm. She made some suggestions to other treatments I can consider in future but there was no hard-selling. Also had a nice blowout after and service was great. Will be back!

Absolutely raging. Booked for balayage. Spent a year growing bleach out of my hair. To be press ganged by 4 women into a full head of highlights. I’m now white blonde again, even after stipulating I didn’t want to be platinum. Sat with bleach on my hair for 2 hours! It’s spongey. Brad mondeo would cry. Plus got charged an additional £30, not before the £109 hair colour miraculously became £200+ when I sat down.
