Not happy with my booking in this place. I booked a haircut and looks like I cut my hair on my own. I asked for curly blow dry which I prepaid for and was told that it can’t be done because my hair is too thick and they need to be curled for extra 5£ . My hair was tangled in the curling tong and she cut my hair in order to release them. Then I went to pay and been asked to pay 20£ instead of 5£. Left and after half an hour my hair were straight like nothing have been done. Dissapointed.

Had an absolutely wonderful first nail appointment with Misha! Didn’t tell her but my nails were for my wedding the next day and she did an absolutely amazing job, the whole experience was so relaxing and peaceful, she spent so much time and care into repairing and infilling the set of acrylics I had done elsewhere that had lifted and cracked a lot, and she didn’t say anything about them being grown a lot or bad quality, she just did amazing work to fix them up ❤️ and then she spent a lot of time and care recreating the nail art I showed her perfectly, they look absolutely perfect for my Christmas wedding. Also really enjoyed the atmosphere and being given a cup of tea and chocolate during the appointment, really relaxing way to start the preparations for my wedding ❤️❤️ great salon, will definitely return xx

I got a nice welcome at the salon with a lovely coffee and cupcake on arrival.
Saba took me for my face wax. She made sure I was relaxed and did a very thorough job.
Zara did my cut and blow dry. She took time asking what I wanted and I left with a nice straight, smooth cut.
The prices were very reasonable for Manchester and it was super convenient to get my hair cut and waxing done on the same visit. I'll definitely be back.
