I am very happy with my haircut and Veronica gave me honest and useful advice so I was willing to have more hair chopped off as my ends were damaged. Veronica is a lovely successful hairdresser and great to work with. At the end she was helpful to take photos of me on my iPhone; my confidence has grown and I am delighted. Thank you Veronica.

Lashes were curled so much they’ve gone back in on themselves rather than up. This was pointed out by them before and told it would even out and relax but they're even shorter than they looked before I had the treatment. I can’t put any mascara on them they’re so overworked and look almost crimped. Would not go again.
