Avoid at all cost!!!
It was awful. I was running a bit late, so called the salon to let them know, the receptionist wasn’t very helpful but said it was ok. Once I arrived at the salon, the nail technician wasn’t even at the salon. I waited 20 minutes for a very rude and angry nail technician, who openly complain that I was there to the others.
One lady who took over my appointment as gessica refused to do my appointment. My new technician was really nice and kind but clearly not qualified to do my nails, my cuticles were not soaked and she cut them dry and ferociously, that I have cuts and they are sore.
It was very clear that I was not wanted in the salon. The final straw was when, the nice lady offered me a coffee I happily obliged. She asked the receptionist if she could make one for me and her response and I quote “no I ain’t doing it, that’s not my job”. After that, I felt really unwelcomed and my nails were not looking good, I decided to leave my appointment, I did not pay (only my cuticles had been cut and she had only begun to file them).
I was utterly disgusted with the service I received, I felt really low and really unwelcome. Not only that but the quality of my manicure was terrible, my technician even revealed to me at one point that she was not a nail technician at all. Although I could have guessed.
I think you should really take into consideration this feedback, it’s appalling that they felt they could treat me this way and that they continue to act like this to future clients. I am really really unimpressed.
