It was the worst experience I’ve had so far at a salon. They call me when 5 minutes before my appointment just when I’m outside the salon telling me that they cannot fit me in at the time I had booked, but that they have a slot later in the day - I told them that I have other commitments in the afternoon and that I gotten a confirmation through email. As I was at the salon at this point I asked if I could then instead please have my money back (I had paid through Treatwell) they said they could not do that and that even though you book through Treatwell they call you to say whether the appointment can be accepted by them (they had slots available all day on Treatwell!! And no where is this expressed on their site) and that only Treatwell can reimburse me... I simply then said that they should not be on Treatwell if they cannot accommodate for the times they say are available - they then suddenly found a slot for me as I was calling Treatwell. During the whole treatment the staff were talking rubbish about each other behind one another’s back, sometimes in various languages and the woman who took care of my nails fiddled and did not do a nice job (chipped only after 3 days). As I was leaving the 2 women I had to argue with looked at me in a very degrading way. I will never come back to this place - really unprofessional and below average.
