I nearly walked out before my treatment, the staff didn’t know what they were doing, English levels were poor and they were arguing constantly. The therapist who waxed me assured me it was a one off bad day, that the receptionist was off and the staff were new, but I would say it was a disasterous first experience of this salon. The wax itself was fine, she was very gentle and considerate, but I wouldn’t trust anyone else there to wax me.
