Very unorganised place, I was left disappointed. It was my first time there, booked an appointment and arrived before time. Was waiting to be seen for my full body Wax, they must have been running late as I wasn't been seen on time. I'm happy to wait as I know appts can run late. What annoyed me is that another customer walks in and requests for a quick underarm wax if available. Seen as it was quick they decided to take the walk in customer first instead of seeing me! Who had an appointment booked, and they was running late into anyway! I was confused why. It just seemed like they wanted to squeeze in as many people as possible without any consideration of booked appointments! This needs to be managed better!
