I had a really nice facial at s.spa, my skin felt great afterwards and as a treatment I can't fault it. However the therapist did get a lot of product in my hair despite using a headband to keep my hair out of the way. I always expect a small amount of product to get in the edge of my hairline but this was to the point I had to wash my hair once I got home as my whole fringe was extremely greasy.

Arrived early but room was no where ready so had to wait.
I was then left waiting for up to 10 mins , undressed faced down on the table.
No apology for the delay.
Hot oil was placed directly on my back which made me jump and surprised as its normally applied to the hands before the body. No apology again.
Massage it self was great very relaxing just the right pressure.
Venue itself was good except loud chatting conversations outside in other areas/ treatment rooms were off putting.
