I really enjoyed my time at the spar.the sauna is efficient and clean.changing rooms and shower room are spotless.very clean.

Ayisha is an exceptional therapist. She is thorough and skilled at what she does. I really enjoyed my facial treatment. Part of the treatment included a neck massage which, I have to say was wonderful!
The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. The ambience is peaceful and tranquil. I have already booked my next appointment.
