The Receptionist was nice and welcoming. The treatment lady was really very nice however she is not a beautician. The facial felt more like a massage, a bit rough with the exfoliador to be honest. She did not ask of any allergies or skin conditions and the worst part is that she did not extract any blackheads at all. Just used the machine for a couple of minutes if anything. She put pressure on my head and made me feel relaxed after it but unfortunately I booked a facial and the relaxing bit should have been a plus, not the main part and purpose.

The woman who cut my hair seemed to be in a rush and didn't really care about what she was doing but the rest of the staff was nice, they asked me right away if I wanted to drink something and were very polite... not too bad for the price.
